Pentru asta va trebui insa sa incepi sa gandesti intr- un alt mod.
Angajatii gandesc ca
singura cale legala si sigura de a castiga bani este serviciul,
cu contract de munca incheiat cu angajatorul.
Exista insa o a doua categorie de oameni, care gandesc altfel :
liber – profesionistii.
Exemple : doctorii, avocatii, stomatologii, terapeutii,
mecanicii auto, instalatorii, tamplarii, electricienii, frizerii, artistii, etc, etc.
Liber – profesionistii gandesc cam asa :
” Imi place sa fiu propriul meu stapan si sa lucrez singur,
asa cum eu ma pricep cel mai bine “.
Liber – profesionistii sunt perfectionisti, ei vor sa fie apreciati
de catre clienti ca fiind cei mai buni in meseria lor.
Pentru liber – profesionisti nu conteaza banii multi,
cat conteaza INDEPENDENTA .
Scopul lor este sa presteze un serviciu pentru clienti,
sa fie lasati sa presteze acest
serviciu asa cum stiu ei cel mai bine, fara sa fie supravegheati de un sef,
asa cum se intampla in cazul angajatilor.
Liber – profesionistilor nu le place ca banii lor
sa depinda de alti oameni care nu muncesc tot la fel de bine ca si ei.
Liber – profesionistul spune :
” Daca munca mea este de calitate, vreau sa ma platesti pe masura. ”
Problema liber – profesionistilor este urmatoarea :
Pentru ei, succesul inseamna si mai multa munca.

A treia categorie, patronii, reprezinta opusul liber – profesionistilor.
